During this two-day trail running camp, you'll dive deeper into the world of trail running with intensive technique exercises, insightful lectures, and plenty of time spent running on the scenic fell trails of Saariselkä.
At the end of the first day, you'll restore both body and mind with recovery exercises, a relaxing sauna session, and a refreshing dip in a crystal-clear fell pond.

Saturday 16.8.
at 9 - 12 running technique and related information sessions, basic endurance and training
at 12 - 13 lunch (included in the camp price)
at 13 - 14 information lecture of nutrition in endurance sports and recovery
at 14 - 16.30 utilizing terrain shapes in planning a short run and practical exercises
at 16.30 - 17 body care
at 18 - 20 sauna and swimming and a small evening snack at Laanila Kievari (included in the camp price)
Sunday 17.8.
9 - 12 running technique, speed endurance and utilizing terrain in training
12 - 13 lunch (included in the camp price)
13 - 14 information lecture of strength training for trail runners
14 - 16.15 strength training and practical exercises
16.15 - 17 body care and camp end
